Slightly Sourdough Pancakes

Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt (try different flavours!)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
Recipe
- 1 beat the eggs and then add the flour, yogurt, and milk.
- 2 beat until smooth- then add remaining ingredients.
- 3 stir until all ingredients are incorperated, and let stand for 15 minutes.
- 4 heat a nonstick skillet over medium low heat and drop the batter in tablespoonfulls into the skillet.
- 5 flip when bubbles form.
- 6 enjoy!
