Slightly Sourdough Pancakes

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt (try different flavours!)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

Recipe

  • 1 beat the eggs and then add the flour, yogurt, and milk.
  • 2 beat until smooth- then add remaining ingredients.
  • 3 stir until all ingredients are incorperated, and let stand for 15 minutes.
  • 4 heat a nonstick skillet over medium low heat and drop the batter in tablespoonfulls into the skillet.
  • 5 flip when bubbles form.
  • 6 enjoy!
