Sprite Cake

Ingredients

• Servings: 24
• 1 1/2 cups butter
• 3 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon lemon
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 5 eggs
• 3 cups flour
• 1 cup sprite or 1 cup 7-up soda

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
• 2 cream butter and sugar with blender, add extracts.
• 3 add eggs, one at a time; mix well.
• 4 alternate adding flour and sprite; mix well.
• 5 pour into a floured and greased pan.
• 6 bake 1 hour and 30 minutes.
• 7 cake should be golden brown when done.
