Peach Cobbler

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (15 ounce) can peach pie filling
  • 2 cups baking mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 teaspoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375
  • 2 place butter in cake pan
  • 3 place baking mix, eggs, cinnamon, and water in a mixing bowl.
  • 4 mix till well blended
  • 5 pour over butter
  • 6 spoon peach pie filling to place evenly
  • 7 bake 45 minutes or till done.
  • 8 top will have crisp areas mixed with soft
  • 9 serve immediately
  • 10 top with vanilla ice cream or cool whip if desired.
