Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

- 1 (15 ounce) can peach pie filling
- 2 cups baking mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup water
- 6 teaspoons butter
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375
- 2 place butter in cake pan
- 3 place baking mix, eggs, cinnamon, and water in a mixing bowl.
- 4 mix till well blended
- 5 pour over butter
- 6 spoon peach pie filling to place evenly
- 7 bake 45 minutes or till done.
- 8 top will have crisp areas mixed with soft
- 9 serve immediately
- 10 top with vanilla ice cream or cool whip if desired.
