Sugar Infused Breakfast Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, soft
  • 1 tablespoon butter, soft
  • 1/2 cup sugar, plus 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons real vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • cooking spray

Recipe

  • 1 place all the butter, sugar, eggs, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla in a blender or processor; pulse until fairly smooth.
