St. Paddy's Day Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cake, loaf
  • 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton whipped topping
  • 2 drops green food coloring

Recipe

  • 1 cut pound cake into three layers.
  • 2 beat together pineapple and pudding mix and milk.
  • 3 add whipped topping and food coloring.
  • 4 layer pudding between pound cake.
