Sugar Free Pecan Pie

Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 2 cups equal sugar substitute (12 packets)
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup carys brand sugar-free syrup (pancake syrup)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups chopped pecans, plus extra
- pecans, for decoration, if desired (optional)
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in a mixing bowl, cream margarine and equal. add eggs, syrup, salt, vanilla, and pecans; mix well pour into pie shell. top with whole pecans for decoration, if desired.
- 3 bake 50 to 60 minutes.
