Sugar Free Pecan Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 cups equal sugar substitute (12 packets)
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup carys brand sugar-free syrup (pancake syrup)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups chopped pecans, plus extra
  • pecans, for decoration, if desired (optional)
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 in a mixing bowl, cream margarine and equal. add eggs, syrup, salt, vanilla, and pecans; mix well pour into pie shell. top with whole pecans for decoration, if desired.
  • 3 bake 50 to 60 minutes.
