Mjuk Kaka Danish Cake

Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground cardamom
- 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- powdered sugar, for topping
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350ºf.
- 2 sift flour, baking soda and cardamon together.
- 3 cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- 4 add eggs, beat well.
- 5 add flour mixture and sour cream alternately and beat well.
- 6 pour into well greased bundt pan.
- 7 bake one hour.
- 8 cool 5 minutes.
- 9 remove cake from pan and cool on wire rack. dust cake lightly with powdered sugar.
