- 3 eggs, separated
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, separate egg whites and beat until they form a peak.
- 2 in another bowl, blend the rest of the ingredients.
- 3 fold in egg whites.
- 4 cook on a hot, oiled griddle or pan.
- 5 flip when pancake forms bubbles.
- 6 roll up like crepes and serve with butter and maple syrup.
