Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberry, sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 3 tablespoons sherry wine
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- 2 use the back of a spoon to push the puree through a sieve. discard seeds.
- 3 drizzle over ice cream or cheesecake.
