Stuffed French Toast

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 slices low-cal bread (40-45 cal each)
  • 4 tablespoons philadelphia fat free strawberry cream cheese
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3 tablespoons egg beaters egg substitute
  • i can't believe it's not butterâ® spread
  • 1/4 cup sugar free pancake syrup or 1/4 cup walden farms 0 cal syrup

Recipe

  • 1 spread cream cheese on one slice of bread.
  • 2 add banana slices.
  • 3 top with other slice of bread like a sandwich.
  • 4 dip the sandwich in egg beaters on each side, and cook in a pam sprayed pan until golden.
  • 5 spritz with some 0 cal butter spray, and top with sf syrup.
  • 6 instead of the bananas, you could also top the french toast with some mixed berries heated with splenda.
  • 7 this is your breakfast "entree", protein, and fruit.
