Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients
- 2 slices low-cal bread (40-45 cal each)
- 4 tablespoons philadelphia fat free strawberry cream cheese
- 1/2 banana
- 3 tablespoons egg beaters egg substitute
- i can't believe it's not butterâ® spread
- 1/4 cup sugar free pancake syrup or 1/4 cup walden farms 0 cal syrup
Recipe
- 1 spread cream cheese on one slice of bread.
- 2 add banana slices.
- 3 top with other slice of bread like a sandwich.
- 4 dip the sandwich in egg beaters on each side, and cook in a pam sprayed pan until golden.
- 5 spritz with some 0 cal butter spray, and top with sf syrup.
- 6 instead of the bananas, you could also top the french toast with some mixed berries heated with splenda.
- 7 this is your breakfast "entree", protein, and fruit.
