Stacked Norwegian Pancakes

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs, very well-beaten
  • jelly

Recipe

  • 1 sift flour and salt.
  • 2 add milk and eggs, and beat together very well. batter should be the consistancy of heavy cream.
