Sugar Free Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 medium bananas, sliced thin
- 1 sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix (1.7 ounce)
- 3 cups skim milk
- 1 (16 ounce) can juice packed crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 ounce) carton whipped topping
- 1 cup sliced strawberry
Recipe
- 1 combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- 2 pat into a 9x13 baking dish.
- 3 spread sliced bananas over crust.
- 4 mix pudding and milk according to package directions.
- 5 spread over bananas.
- 6 drain pineapple as dry as possible and spread over pudding.
- 7 spread whipped topping over pineapple.
- 8 top with sliced strawberries.
- 9 refrigerate until ready to serve.
