Polish Cheesecake

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shortening
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or splenda granulated)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 (21 ounce) can pineapple pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 lb farmer's cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup sugar (reserve 1/4 c.)
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe

  • 1 dough:.
  • 2 cream shortening and sugar.
