Mollie's Basic Pancake And Waffle Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup soy protein powder
  • 3/4 cup unprocessed wheat bran
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt (rounded measure)
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Recipe

  • 1 combine everything in a large bowl and stir until uniformly blended.
  • 2 transfer to a clean, dry jar with a tight-fitting lid and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
