Mexican Pineapple Cake

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 cups unsifted flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 in large mixing bow, gently stir together all ingredients by hand until well combined.
  • 3 pour into a greased and floured 13x9-inch pan and bake for 35 minutes.
  • 4 remove from oven and cool.
