- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup light corn syrup

- 1 put the brown sugar, heavy cream and light corn syrup in a medium size saucepan.
- 2 heat over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
- 3 once mixture starts to boil, stir nonstop for one minute. remove from heat. serve at once.
