Pineapple Cream Cake

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 18 1/2 ounces yellow cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, juice reseved
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 ounces cool whip, thawed
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 combine cake mix, eggs, oranges, crushed pineapple and mayonnaise.
  • 3 beat for 5 minutes or until blended.
  • 4 pour into a 9x13 pan that has been greased and floured.
  • 5 bake 25 minutes or until golden.
  • 6 combine whipped topping, pineapple juice and pudding mixes.
  • 7 spread over cooled cake.
