Oatmeal Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups regular rolled oats
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup flour

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients in a blender. pulse until mixture is smooth.
  • 2 pour onto hot griddle.
  • 3 serve with butter and syrup.
