Protein Pancakes

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 8 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 .blend ingredients in food processor.
  • 2 pour onto heated pan by the 1/4 cup, cooking 2-3 minutes per side.
