Prairie Pancake Syrup

Ingredients

• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup beer
• 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine (preferably butter, though)

Recipe

• 1 combine ingredients in small saucepan and bring to a boil.
• 2 simmer, uncovered for 3 minutes.
