Summer Berry Trifles

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 250 g sponge jam rolls, rollettes (sponge jam roll)
  • 1 tablespoon grand marnier custard sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup nesle sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups thickened cream
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries or 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries or 1 cup frozen blueberries

Recipe

  • 1 cut jam rollettes into thick slices. brush with combined orange juice and grand marnier custard sauce.
  • 2 beat cream and nesle sweetened condensed milk until thick; fold in berries.
  • 3 layer cake and berry and cream in 6 individual serving dishes, refrigerate until ready to serve.
