Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 250 g sponge jam rolls, rollettes (sponge jam roll)
- 1 tablespoon grand marnier custard sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup nesle sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups thickened cream
- 1 cup fresh raspberries or 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries or 1 cup frozen blueberries
Recipe
- 1 cut jam rollettes into thick slices. brush with combined orange juice and grand marnier custard sauce.
- 2 beat cream and nesle sweetened condensed milk until thick; fold in berries.
- 3 layer cake and berry and cream in 6 individual serving dishes, refrigerate until ready to serve.
