Orange-pineapple Cake

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, with juices
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (8 ounce) container cool whip

Recipe

  • 1 cake: grease and flour 3 8 inch round cake pans.
  • 2 mix cake mix, oil, eggs,& mandarin oranges including juices.
  • 3 pour in to prepared pans.
  • 4 bake at 350 for 30 minutes (check with tooth pick) or until tooth pick is clean.
  • 5 do not over cook layers.
  • 6 icing: drain pinapple and save juice.
  • 7 mix cool whip,instant pudding, and pineapple in large mixing bowl.
  • 8 spoon pineapple juice over each layer before icing.
  • 9 spread icing over each layer and ice cake.
