Pearls Rhubarb Cake

Total Time: 39 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 29 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 5 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (6 ounce) package strawberry jell-o gelatin dessert or 1 (6 ounce) package raspberry jell-o gelatin
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (18 ounce) package cake mix or 1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs (or as called for by your cake mix) or 3 egg whites (or as called for by your cake mix)
  • 1/3 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
  • 1 1/3 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle the sugar and jello over the rhubarb.
  • 2 place in a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
  • 3 mix the cake mix according to the package directions and them mix in the mini marshmellows.
  • 4 pour this over the rhubarb and bake at 350 degrees for 29-35 minutes or until the cake is done.
