Quick And Easy Honey Cake

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 3/4 cups self raising flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 150 g butter, melted
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 180c (375f).
  • 2 place flour and sugar in a bowl.
  • 3 in another bowl combine butter, eggs, honey and sour cream mix until well combined.
  • 4 add butter mixture to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • 5 spoon mix into ring tin and bake 30 minutes or until cooked when tested with a skewer.
