- 1 3/4 cups self raising flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 150 g butter, melted
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3/4 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 180c (375f).
- 2 place flour and sugar in a bowl.
- 3 in another bowl combine butter, eggs, honey and sour cream mix until well combined.
- 4 add butter mixture to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- 5 spoon mix into ring tin and bake 30 minutes or until cooked when tested with a skewer.
