Quick And Easy Tropical Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups pillsbury flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 8 ounces plain yogurt
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup shredded coconut
• 1/2 cup nuts
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 3/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Recipe

• 1 grease 9 in square cake pan.
• 2 mix flour, 1 c sugar, baking powder, salt with oil, yogurt, and eggs.
• 3 in a separate bowl mix 1/3 c sugar, cinnamon, nuts sprinkle over batter.
• 4 top with drained, crushed pineapple, mixed with coconut.
• 5 bake 350 for 35-45 min and until toothpick comes out clean.
