Quick Cheese Coffee Cake

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (10 ounce) can ready-to-bake refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350°.
  • 2 beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, flour and egg until smooth.
  • 3 separate dough into 10 biscuits; place in an ungreased 8 or 9-inch round cake pan; press over bottom and 1 inch up sides to form a crust-lined pan.
  • 4 pour cream cheese mixture into the pan.
  • 5 blend 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
  • 6 bake for 24-30 minutes or until filling is set and edges of crust are deep golden brown.
  • 7 cool 20 minutes.
  • 8 serve warm or cool; store in the fridge.
