Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup buttermilk or 1 cup sour milk
- 1 1/2-2 cups rhubarb, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 mix brown sugar, butter, egg and vanilla.
- 2 add baking soda, salt, flour and buttermilk.
- 3 mix until fluffy.
- 4 add rhubarb.
- 5 place batter in a 9x13 inch glass pan.
- 6 mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle on top.
- 7 bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
