Sultana Caramel Self Saucing Pudding

Ingredients

- 2 ounces butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sultana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 ounces butter
- 1 1/2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 to make the sauce put sugar, butter and water in pan and bring to boil.
- 2 put aside.
- 3 cream butter and sugar.
- 4 add egg and vanilla essence and beat well.
- 5 sift in dry ingrediants and add sultanas.
- 6 if dry may need a little milk.
- 7 put the hot sauce into pudding dish, spoon cake mixture on top.
- 8 bake at 350 deg f for approx 45 mins.
- 9 serve with cream or ice cream.
