Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) box angel food cake mix
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix all ingredients.
- 3 pour into lined muffin tins.
- 4 bake for 15-20 minutes until done.
- 5 cool for five minutes.
- 6 transfer to cooling rack until completely cooled.
