- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 6 egg yolks
- 50 g flour
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 440º.
- 2 beat the 2 eggs with sugar until its very fluffy.
- 3 now slowly add in the egg yolks, and beat for another about 10 to 15 minute.
- 4 slowly fold in flour.
- 5 pour into a round cake pan, lined with wax paper.on bottom and sides of pan.
- 6 place in oven and let cook for 15 minutes.
