Pineapple Cake W/ Rich Butter Sauce

- 20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 cup butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup unsweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe

- 4 mix all cake ingredients until thoroughly combined. don't over mix.
