Pineapple Torte

Ingredients

- 2 cups flour
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 (20 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple, crushed
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
- 2 grease and flour a 9x13" cake pan.
- 3 mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, crushed pineapple, eggs, vanilla, and pecans (if using) together.
- 4 pour into prepared pan.
- 5 bake for 30 minutes.
- 6 cool on wire rack.
- 7 frost with cream cheese frosting.
