Potluck Gooey Butter Cake

Ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup melted butter or 1/2 cup margarine
• 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
• 2 eggs
• 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 mix "1st layer" ingredients and spread into buttered 9x13" cake pan. note: this mixture will be very gooey, and will not pour out. you have to use a mixer and you have to spoon it out.
• 2 then mix together "2nd layer" ingredients and pour over first mixture. bake at 350º till golden brown, approximately 35-40 minutes.
