Pineapple,macadamia And Coconut Cake

Ingredients

- 3/4 cup raw sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, crushed
- 250 g pineapple, tinned, crushed, drained
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1/2 cup coconut
Recipe
- 1 beat sugar and eggs until thick and creamy.
- 2 mix nuts and pineapple together.
- 3 add to egg and sugar mixture.
- 4 add flour and beat well.
- 5 grease and flour a ring tin.
- 6 spoon in mixture, sprinkle with coconut.
- 7 bake 180 c for 40 - 45 minutes till golden.
- 8 frost if desired.
