Pineapple,macadamia And Coconut Cake

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 3/4 cup raw sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, crushed
  • 250 g pineapple, tinned, crushed, drained
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut

Recipe

  • 1 beat sugar and eggs until thick and creamy.
  • 2 mix nuts and pineapple together.
  • 3 add to egg and sugar mixture.
  • 4 add flour and beat well.
  • 5 grease and flour a ring tin.
  • 6 spoon in mixture, sprinkle with coconut.
  • 7 bake 180 c for 40 - 45 minutes till golden.
  • 8 frost if desired.
