Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- peanut butter (optional)
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs.
- 2 add remaining ingredients and blend well.
- 3 cook over medium heat on stove until you see bubbles or can tell that it has cooked over halfway through.
- 4 flip and cook the other side until done.
- 5 may spread with peanut butter for additional protein.
