Power Pancake

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 6 mins Cook Time: 9 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • peanut butter (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients and blend well.
  • 3 cook over medium heat on stove until you see bubbles or can tell that it has cooked over halfway through.
  • 4 flip and cook the other side until done.
  • 5 may spread with peanut butter for additional protein.
