Ingredients
- 8 ounces lite firm tofu, squeezed of excess liquid
- 2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1/2 teaspoon walnut extract
Recipe
- 1 whiz all ingredients in a food processor.
- 2 spread on cooled cake.
- 3 enough to cover top of an 8x8 cake.
