Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup crisco shortening
- 1 cup milk or 1 cup half-and-half cream, lukewarm temperature
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- food coloring (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 whip on low speed with an electric mixer until it stops splattering, then at full speed for not less than 10 minutes.
- 3 spread on cakes or cupcakes or anything that requires icing.
- 4 delicious!
