Oatmeal Protein Pancakes W/ Cottage Cheese

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal (not instant)
  • 1/2 cup 1% fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup pasteurized liquid egg-whites
  • 3 teaspoons sugar substitute
  • 1 dash cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients together to form a thick pancake batter like consistency. do not over blend. cook on hot non stick pan sprayed lightly with pam until done.
