Ingredients
- 1 cup bisquick, heart healthy
- 1 egg, large
- 1/2 cup milk, fat free
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon orange zest or 1 teaspoon orange extract, few drops
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup cranberries, fresh
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except cranberries.
- 2 add cranberries.
- 3 pour four 1/4 cup pancakes and cook.
