Quicky Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients

- 1/2-1 cup oleo (melted)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can sliced peaches (or any canned pie filling can be used, or berries if already cooked)
Recipe
- 1 melt oleo in a 9x13-inch cake pan.
- 2 mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- 3 stir in milk until moistened.
- 4 pour this mixture over the melted margarine in the baking pan.
- 5 gently spread fruit on top of batter.
- 6 bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
- 7 serve hot.
