Quicky Fruit Cobbler

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1/2-1 cup oleo (melted)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can sliced peaches (or any canned pie filling can be used, or berries if already cooked)

Recipe

  • 1 melt oleo in a 9x13-inch cake pan.
  • 2 mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • 3 stir in milk until moistened.
  • 4 pour this mixture over the melted margarine in the baking pan.
  • 5 gently spread fruit on top of batter.
  • 6 bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
  • 7 serve hot.
