Panu Caku

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2 combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar and salt.
  • 3 beat together the eggs and milk, then add the flour mixture to the egg mixture.
  • 4 melt the butter in a 9x13 inch baking pan by placing it in heated oven until melted.
  • 5 add the cake mixture to the melted butter in the pan, and bake for 30 minutes.
  • 6 meanwhile, combine 1/8 cup sugar and the cinnamon for the topping.
  • 7 while your panu caku is still hot, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top and serve warm!
  • 8 (i have also added maple syrup to crushed berries, frozen or fresh, and used it as a topping. very delicious!).
