Pineapple Perfection Cake

Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour (plain)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, save juice
- 1 cup chopped pecans (this recipe does not call for butter!!only in the icing)
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (room temp.)
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 combine above ingredients mix well.
- 2 pour in a well greased 9x13 pan.
- 3 bake at350* for 35-40 minutes frosting directions: combine above ingredients spread on cake while still warm.
- 4 chill in refigerator.
- 5 serve cold-- enjoy!
