Ingredients
- 2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa (such as hershey's)
Recipe
- 1 combine all 3 ingredients in bowl.
- 2 beat with electric mixer until stiff enough to spread.
- 3 frost and enjoy.
- 4 this recipe can also easily be halved for a smaller cake.
