Rena's Whipped Cream Frosting

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 cup baking cocoa (such as hershey's)

Recipe

• 1 combine all 3 ingredients in bowl.
• 2 beat with electric mixer until stiff enough to spread.
• 3 frost and enjoy.
• 4 this recipe can also easily be halved for a smaller cake.
