Ingredients
- 250 g raw rice
- 110 g split gram (urad dal)
- 2 -3 tablespoons cooked rice
- salt
- oil
Recipe
- 1 soak the rice and dal for 4-5 hours.
- 2 grind with cooked rice.
- 3 keep ovenight.
- 4 add salt to taste abd mix well.
- 5 grease moulds.
- 6 steam for 10-15 minutes till done.
