- 1 (18 1/2 ounce) box cake mix
- 1 (4 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 1 cup club soda
- 1 (42 1/2 g) envelope dessert topping, not prepared
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (113 g) package instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1/2 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 combine first 5 ingredients in bowl. beat until smooth. turn into greased 10-inch angel food tube pan.
- 2 bake at 350f for 50 minutes.
- 3 let stand 15 minutes. turn onto wire rack. cool completely before icing.
- 4 icing: beat dessert topping and first amount of milk in bowl untl stiff.
- 5 add pudding powder and second amount of milk. beat until smooth.
- 6 ice top and sides of cake quickly.
