Pistachio Cake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (18 1/2 ounce) box cake mix
  • 1 (4 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1 (42 1/2 g) envelope dessert topping, not prepared
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (113 g) package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 5 ingredients in bowl. beat until smooth. turn into greased 10-inch angel food tube pan.
  • 2 bake at 350f for 50 minutes.
  • 3 let stand 15 minutes. turn onto wire rack. cool completely before icing.
  • 4 icing: beat dessert topping and first amount of milk in bowl untl stiff.
  • 5 add pudding powder and second amount of milk. beat until smooth.
  • 6 ice top and sides of cake quickly.
