Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup water
- 50 g butter (melted)
- 1 cup unsweetened low-fat yogurt
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup pistachio nut, chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together until just combined
- 2 spoon into well-greased muffin pans and bake at 190°c for 15-20 minutes.
