Pistachio Muffins

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 50 g butter (melted)
  • 1 cup unsweetened low-fat yogurt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pistachio nut, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together until just combined
  • 2 spoon into well-greased muffin pans and bake at 190°c for 15-20 minutes.
