Sue's Fruit Kuchen

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup margarine (1/4 lb)
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 grated lemon, rind of
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup flour
• fruit, of your choice chopped large

Recipe

• 1 cream margarine and sugar.
• 2 add eggs, one at a time.
• 3 add the lemon stuff.
• 4 add the dry ingredients. mix well.
• 5 grease a 9" round cake pan. pour in batter. top with fruit.
• 6 bake at 350f for 1 hour.
