Pumpkin Crumble

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (29 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 (18 ounce) yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3/4-1 cup chopped pecans

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs in bowl of an electric mixer. add pumpkin, milk, sugars, vanilla and spices. mix well.
  • 2 pour into a 13" x 9" baking pan. sprinkle the dry cake mix on top and pat down.
  • 3 melt the butter and drizzle over the top. sprinkle with the chopped pecans.
  • 4 bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until well browned and set. let cool.
