Pumpkin Crumble

Ingredients
- 1 (29 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 (18 ounce) yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4-1 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs in bowl of an electric mixer. add pumpkin, milk, sugars, vanilla and spices. mix well.
- 2 pour into a 13" x 9" baking pan. sprinkle the dry cake mix on top and pat down.
- 3 melt the butter and drizzle over the top. sprinkle with the chopped pecans.
- 4 bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until well browned and set. let cool.
