Swedish Nut Cake

Ingredients

- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2-1 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup nuts
Recipe
- 1 for cake, mix the first 7 ingredients together very well by hand.
- 2 bake for 35-45 minutes at 350*.
- 3 mix all frosting ingredients together and spread on cake after it cools.
