Ingredients
- 4 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 cups buttermilk
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
- 1 mix all the dry ingredients.
- 2 blend in liquid ingredients, mix well.
- 3 let stand 30-45 minutes, will thicken do not add liquid.
- 4 cook on hot griddle.
